What’s included?

  • In-depth wellness assessment and visual results

  • Analysis of your current nutrition and food diary feedback

  • 8 x 45 minute personal training sessions

  • Optional workout ‘homework’ to complete between our sessions

  • 6 x 60 minute 1:1 nutrition and wellness coaching sessions either in person (if in Guernsey) or via Zoom (UK)

  • Introduction of a new positive habit or mindset shift every session

  • Comprehensive notes, actions, personalised resources and healthy recipes emailed to you after each session

If we haven’t met yet, my name’s Lou

I’m a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and Wellness Coach. I’m here to help you create positive habits, routines and self care practices that you can stick to, so that you have the energy to focus on the people you love and the things that light you up.

A few day-to-day things I love: Early morning walks, vegetables of every kind (the more colour on my plate the better!), good coffee, being in the sea all year round, cliff runs and dark chocolate!

When?

Start anytime! Once you are booked, I’ll be in touch to schedule your first session. We’ll make sure to find times that suit us both.

There is always flexibility in my programmes because we all know life is busy! Sessions can be rescheduled if needed and you will have up to 14 weeks to complete the 10 week programme

Where?

All sessions are based at my new Coaching Cabin in St Martins (address sent after booking). Outside workouts on the decking (with countryside view!) will be encouraged, but we also have a lovely inside space for our coaching sessions and if the weather isn’t on our side for PT!

PT and coaching sessions can also be held online if you live in UK or it’s more convenient for you
