New Waves holds some information about you. This document outlines how that information is used, who we may share that information with and how we keep it secure. What data we collect

You provide us with personal data in the following ways:

  • By completing booking/payment form when signing up for a programme

  • During a wellness/ health consultation

  • In person, through email, over the telephone or by post

  • By taking online payments

This may include the following information:

  • Basic details such as name, address, contact details and emergency contacts

  • health information including your previous medical history

  • Bank details

Why we need your data

We need your data in order to provide the services New Wave offers, this is to ensure clients receive the best possible service and care.  We also need your data in order to process payments online.

What we do with your data

The information we keep will be kept confidential and will be held in a private and secure computer database and/or lockable filing cabinet for a period of up to 10 years.  

Your information will not be shared with any third party unless compelled to by law

Your rights

You have the right to request:

  • A copy of the information we hold

  • Information about how your data is processed 

  • That anything inaccurate in your data is amended

  • That we delete any information if no longer required
