This isn’t a diet or a strict meal plan... firstly I don’t believe in ‘diets’ and secondly... life’s too short to be worrying about calories!

This is a bespoke 1:1 programme where we will gradually make realistic changes to not only what you are eating and drinking, but when you eat and how you eat too, because it’s not just about the nutrition. Your habits and mindset around food could also be having a huge impact on your health and wellbeing. Are you ready to find out and make some positive changes!?

I signed up because I wanted to get into a healthy food routine. With two young children dinner time is always dreaded and I would therefore call for takeaways and microwave meals. I really enjoyed the programme, the shopping list was so helpful and easy to follow and the meals were quick to prepare, most meals cooked within 10-15minutes! It just shows cooking healthy can be quick, tasty and most of the meals I cooked were given to the whole family.

How does it work?

1. Sign up via the button below

2. I will then email you to arrange our first session together

3. I will also send you a food diary template for you to record what you eat and drink for 7 days prior to us meeting

4. We then have our first session - This can either be in person at my brand new Coaching Cabin in St Martins (for those who live in Guernsey), or online via Zoom/ Google Meet.

5. We will meet bi-weekly and in each session go over your food diary and chat through your habits and routines around food. Based on our discussions, I will then set you 1-2 actions to work on over the 2 weeks in between our sessions, gradually building positive changes as the weeks go by.

I have been working with Lou for over 3 months to improve my nutrition as I was in a place where I was very tired of ‘being tired’ due to hormonal issues. I was eating ‘ok’ but that ‘ok’ included skipping breakfast, disorderly eating, just no balance in terms of nutrition and completely ignoring what my body needed.
Lou was able to work with me in a practical and professional manner which has enabled me to get on track.
Not only am I less fatigued, I’ve got plenty more energy and I feel lighter.

If we haven’t met yet, my name’s Lou

I’m a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and Wellness Coach and I’m here to help you break free of the rules, restrictions and guilt of dieting, manage daily stress, increase positive energy and live a more balanced and joyful life for the long term.

A few day-to-day things I love: Early morning walks, vegetables of every kind (the more colour on my plate the better!), good coffee, being in the sea all year round, cliff runs and dark chocolate!
