How does it work?

I’ll guide you through the process of long term lifestyle change, one habit at a time.

Through our 1:1 coaching sessions we’ll take a 360 degree approach to your health, starting with looking at your current wellbeing with my in depth assessment in the first session. These results will identify which of the 6 anchors need our attention. We will then use this bespoke map to help plan out our 12 weeks working together. We’ll find the root causes of what’s been holding you back and get super clear on the gaps and what action steps are needed to create real and lasting change in your life week by week.

The Process

1. Go through my in-depth Wellness Assessment to discover what areas of your life are in need of attention. I will then create your bespoke plan for the 12 weeks (this is of course flexible as things develop)


2. Work closely together to address the root causes and introduce small nutrition & lifestyle habits each week


 3. Discuss progress in each session and via email/WhatsApp support, work through tasks and tweak habits where necessary for long term, realistic change


4. Feel empowered and confident to continue and embrace the new healthier, happier you and start living your best life!

Flourish is a completely bespoke programme, as we are all wonderfully unique and therefore it doesn’t work to follow a cookie cutter plan, we need to go on our own individual path to positive change in order for it to last.

Imagine at the end of the 12 weeks, waking up and feeling happy, full of energy, confident in your own skin and ready for another day of nourishing your body and flourishing in your life.

What’s Included…

  • In depth health & wellness Assessment

  • Analysis of your current nutrition and food diary feedback

  • 6 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions either in person (if in Guernsey) or via Zoom (UK)

  • Introduction of a new positive habit or mindset shift every session

  • Comprehensive notes, actions, personalised resources and healthy recipes emailed to you after each session

  • Homework and tasks to work on between sessions

  • 90 days of email/WhatsApp support - Got a question or having a wobble? Pop me an email or send me a message and I’ll do my best to help you. It’s like having me in your back pocket!

  • Weekly Accountability Check ins - The week between our sessions you’ll get an email or WhatsApp from me to check in with how things are going. My clients find this super helpful to keep them moving forwards

If we haven’t met yet, my name’s Lou

I’m a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and Wellness Coach. I’m here to help you create positive habits, routines and self care practices that you can stick to, so that you have the energy to focus on the people you love and the things that light you up.

A few day-to-day things I love: Early morning walks, vegetables of every kind (the more colour on my plate the better!), good coffee, being in the sea all year round, cliff runs and dark chocolate!

This programme is fabulous! This 12 week habit changing plan, bespoke to me, has allowed me to review what I already knew (but wasn’t doing!), learn more than I knew I could about lifestyle, impact on food choices and simple quick wins, and to then achieve my goals, resulting in a lifestyle of healthy eating, looking after my body, feeling much more energised and happier!
