How does it work?

1. Sign up for free and download your habit tracker

2. Print your habit tracker out

3. Write down 1 or 2 habits that you’d like to track and the days of the month on the outside of the wheel. You can use my suggested daily habits for inspiration

4. Each day use a dot or tick to track if you have achieved your habit - use a different colour for each habit

5. You may want to also plan out your morning and evening routine in the space provided - don’t be afraid to try different things out until you find a routine that works for you

6. At the end of the month answer the two questions to reflect on what has gone well and what needs to change

7. Print out a new habit tracker and add in another 1 or 2 new habits! You are now well on your way to creative positive changes in your life :)
