Hi there!

Welcome to the New Waves blog! I’ve been meaning to start a blog since 2015 when I first launched my business… fast forward to 2020 and I’m finally making it happen (talk about procrastination!).

So what am I going to be writing about? Within my coaching, I’ve identified 6 areas (or Anchors) that are known to have the biggest impact on our health and happiness. I use this framework with all my 1:1 health coaching clients to help them make positive and long term lifestyle changes, so I thought it would make sense for my blog posts to also fall into these 6 categories. That way, it’s easy for you to find tips, guidance and inspiration on specific areas of your life. 

The 6 Anchors of Wellness are:

  1. Food

  2. Movement

  3. Connection

  4. Sleep

  5. Purpose

  6. Relaxation
