How does it work?

  1. In our first coaching session we will go through an in-depth wellness assessment together and have a chat about what’s currently going on for you.

  2. I will then go over your results in preparation for our next session. During our second coaching session, we’ll go through your results and identify where you’re being held back from living your best life. Then, together we’ll create an action plan with some simple steps you can start working on straight away.

  3. After our planning session, I will email you your action plan, along with any relevant resources to help you.

  4. I will then send you a further email 2 weeks later to see how you’re getting on. This also helps to keep you accountable! ;-)


We won’t be able to work on everything in two sessions, but It’s the beginning and the fist steps to start riding your wave to wellness.

If we haven’t met yet, my name’s Lou

I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and Wellness Coach and I’m here to help you ditch the diets, nourish your body, manage daily stress, increase positive energy and live a more balanced and joyful life for the long term.

A few day-to-day things I love: Early morning walks, vegetables of every kind (the more colour on my plate the better!), good coffee, being in the sea all year round, cliff runs and chocolate!
