The Weekly Package

If you you're ready to commit but are in need of that accountability, structure and support to make you ACTUALLY do it, no matter how good your intentions are, the weekly package is for you. I will be with you during your workout every week, getting you moving, but also checking your technique, form and counting your reps. All you have to do is turn up!

  • One 45 minute PT session per week either in-home or outside if running

  • Printed out workouts to keep

  • Unlimited email support between sessions

The Monthly Package

Lets face it, we're all busy and sometimes committing to weekly sessions or classes is unrealistic for a number of reasons. Therefore, I also offer clients a more flexible and affordable option.

I'll work with you on a monthly basis, where I take you through two different workouts to alternate between throughout the month. I then set you targets and check in with you weekly to keep you motivated and accountable.

This style of personal training works brilliantly for the busy mum, as no equipment is necessary and can be fitted in to any busy routine at home whenever it's convenient. 

What's included

  • 1 x PT session per month, either in the comfort of your home or an outdoor location to suit (Lasting 45-60 minutes)

  • We will go through 2 tailored workouts in each session - teaching you the exercises and making sure you have the correct form and technique to do them on your own with confidence. 

  • Personalised workout plans to complete on your own between sessions,  (no equipment necessary)

  • Rep targets, progressing week by week

  • Weekly check-in via email/text to keep you motivated 

  • New Waves recipe e-book to support your training with simple, healthy and nutritious food

  • Free New Waves tote bag

  • 15% off New Waves Wellness Coaching packages throughout the duration of your PT package

Weekly Package

6 x 45 minute sessions for £290

or 

12 x 45 minute sessions for £540

Monthly Package

3 x 45 minute sessions + homework set in between for £195

or

6 x 45 minute sessions + homework set in between for £360
