Now We Run

12 week blocks to improve your running in a social, friendly and supportive group of women

Whether you're a new Walk-to-Run graduate or you've been running for years but haven't ever quite found the right group of like minded women to run with, everyone is welcome on the Now We Run blocks.  We're a laid back, non judgemental group and everyone is on their own personal fitness journey with the aim of becoming better runners, but also to have fun and meet new people at the same time. During the 12 weeks we focus on technique, pace and stamina whilst supporting you to reach your goals. You will also be invited into our private #SheRunsFree Facebook group so you can connect and inspire each other between sessions.

The Details

When is it?
Mondays & Thursdays at 6:15-7pm 
Starts 16th & 19th September
Last session on 9th and 12th December (no sessions on 28th and 31st Oct due to Half Term)

Where is it?

Various outdoor locations (Posted on the SheRunsFree Facebook group a couple of days before)

How much does it cost?

£99 for either Monday or Thursday sessions (please choose which you'd prefer) or £175 for both sessions
