Has your running slipped a bit over the last few months (or years!)? You don't feel you need to start back at the very beginning but could do with some motivation and support to get back to running 5k... we got your back!


12 week blocks for improving your running fitness, stamina, pace & endurance 

Running, strength training and yoga are the perfect trio for a healthy and fit body, but yoga is often overlooked. This 10 week course is for all levels, including first timers. Men and women of all ages are welcome.

Ready to take your running to the next level and run your first 10K!? This 12 week programme will give you the guidance, accountability and focus you need to get there, whilst having fun and maybe even making some friends along the way!

Build your confidence, energy & strength whilst learning the basics of strength training with a group of like minded women
